Each barrel pack contains six individual spirals, each one 9-inches long, connected and contained inside a food-grade nylon netting to allow easy removal. Typically, one end of the netting is linked with a zip-tie (included with each pack), to a stainless steel eyescrew that can be fastened into the bottom of a standard silicon bung.

Predominantly light and medium toasts--with  a hint of medium plus--the Burgundy Blend creates a low impact oak alternative that respects delicate, oak-sensitive fruit and quietly contributes an elegant and mild background of premium French oak. This multi-toast pack eliminates the need to blend separate barrels aged with different toasts.
Complexity is aged in each barrel.

Suggested Application: One six-spiral pack doses one 59 to 70-gallon barrel with new-barrel aromas and flavors. For lighter dosage, cut off one or more spirals.
