Oenoferm® PinoType (yeast strain 99/3) was selected by the Höhere Bundeslehranstalt and Bundesamt für Wein‐und Obstbau, Klosterneuburg for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay emphasizing varietal profiles of the Pinot family. Red grape varieties show complex berry and cherry aromas, minerality and spicy fruit. White grape varieties show delicate nut, spicy and floral aromas and minerality. Oenoferm® PinoType is a high level fruit-ester producer. It has early yeast autolysis and is ML friendly.
Directions For Use
30 ‐ 40 g/100 L juice to obtain the optimum quantity of viable yeast cells.
