Oenoferm® Wild & Pure is a combination of strains. It combines Torulaspora delbrückii and a Sacharomyces strain with high fermentation capacity. Oenoferm® Wild & Pure has special metabolic characters yeast producing various fruity esters and exotic aromas. The Saccharomyces strain ensures complete fermentation at high levels of alcohol. Both strains show a positive influence on each other. Oenoferm® Wild & Pure enhances monoterpenes and formation of fruity esters, supports ripe and exotic fruit aromas and creates full bodied wines. It has high nutrient requirements.
Directions For Use
30 ‐ 40 g/100 L juice to obtain the optimum quantity of viable yeast cells.
