Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm PST

Open by appointment on Saturdays during harvest. Please call (503) 472-2961 to schedule.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for an exchange or receive a refund for purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt. If you receive a damaged item in your original shipment, please notify us immediately so that we can replace the item.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, Crush2Cellar will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 30 days of the purchase date.

SHIPPING

We are happy to offer the "Saver" shipping option every day, and most of our customers do choose that option for qualifying orders.

*Heavyweight, Dimensional weight items, or those requiring special handling are excluded from "Saver" shipping.
*Ineligible items are indicated on their specific product pages. 
*If an ineligible item is added to your cart, that item will be subject to normal shipping rates.
*"Saver" Shipping does not apply to addresses in Hawaii or Alaska.

Want delivery of your product in a rush or on a specific day? Choose the “Overnight” or one of the expedited shipping options instead and we’ll expedite your order. We will provide you with a delivery date range and send you an email to track your order as soon as your package ships.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. No CODs. Company purchase orders must be paid in advance.

Payment by personal check or money order may delay shipment if your order is not placed by telephone. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Personal checks, once received, may be held to verify funds before the order is shipped. In order to determine shipping charges, customers paying by check or money order should call us and place the order by telephone. If payment is not sufficient to cover shipping costs, the order may not be sent.
